Will the photographic prints be matted?

No, photographic prints are not matted. By default you will receive the image only. They are printed to the specified size - no borders. These are modernized darkroom-style chromogenic prints that give a richness and depth to images. If you would like to order a print the image with a border or a size that isn't listed, please contact us.

How do I hang the metal prints?

Metal prints come with a small hanger on the back and appear to float slightly off the wall. Images are printed on brushed aluminum with a white base coating to create tremendous depth and radiant colors.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 3-8 business days, however shipping carriers are forecasting longer than normal transit times. We recommend placing orders early to account for any delays on the part of the shipping carriers. 

Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.  

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

Shipping Quotes are available for international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?

• We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
• We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
• If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.

Can I cancel my order?

All print sales are final. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.  

How long does it take to process a refund?

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
